Driver 4 Modding

Hi, does anyone know how to mod Driver 4 Parallel Lines for the PC. I know it can be done because I saw it before. So if you know how could you help me because I would like to learn how -thanks

I think that you would have better luck getting an answer at the Driver 4 Forum instead of at a Sim City 4 Forum.

Despite being the only Driver game to contain 1 City, Parallel Lines is probably the bast one out of the lot... it was nice to see Atari get their s**t together after Driver 3.

That said... its certainly no GTA. I don't think mods are enough to make me keep playing it.
