EA - Electronic Registration

Hi all,

I found out about this Lot editor, but you HAVE to dowloand this from the official Simcity 4 site.
Therefore, you have to register your game. Here comes the problem: I live in the Netherlands, and this country is not in the list of countries you can chose form, when you register your game, with the Electronic Registration program, Maxis supplied with the game. Anyone of you have the same problem. Is there a fix for this? And most important, how do I get the Lot editor?

I live in Russia, but I have a normal SC4 De Luxe (English version) ...

I think - You can find a legal game in Your country ...

What's up with De Luxe instead of Deluxe?

I looked on the SC4 site, and you can register in any country, so I just have to buy the legitimate version. Will be OK by mee, because then I have a nice booklet with it, and I like that!

Well, before you get left, I do want to point out that you don't have to register to get LE. I spoke with EA and they gave me permission to provide LE and other things for download so long as I don't make money off of it. Check my signature and download away!
