Which plug in causes this?

And this is the current map I'm playing:

So which of the plug in that enables the real world terrain (or something like that?)

And is it safe to delete it to reverse back the default terrain with all the cities intact?

That looks like the Painted Desert Terrain Mod by Cycledogg. It's the one that starts with CPT in the second list. Normally you can remove these without any ill effects. You will have to enter and save each city to get the regular terrain to show in the region view. Hope this helps...

Well it's not the Painted Desert Terrain Mod. but CPT_TerrainEssentials.

Anyway the default sea is just plain ugly, imo.
