EA Techinal Support is down!

Hi eveybody, I need Technical Support with an EA game I have and after I send the email it says "Server Error" and no one seems to notice that is down, so I went to the forums and there is no start new thread button so I had to search the entire web site to learn how to post something and after I created a profile thing I went back to the forum and still no button and says in the help menu click start new thread and it is clearly NOT there. So you can go there now and try to find it if you want, but my point being is I just want them to help me with my game and I cant get a hold of them and there site navigation sucks so Im asking who ever is reading this to help me, thanks a lot if you can! and if you cant, thanks a lot
