farms not showing up?

So i reinstalled SC4 after reformatting, and everything is working fine and i've added some new plugins and whatnot.  got a good city going..

however, ive started to develop the farmlands, and for some reason, the only farms that grow are the 1x2 crappy ones, i think called like pumpkin acres or something like that?  i uninstalled all my custom farms that were in the plugins, and i redownloaded J_Myers' farms 1, 2, and 4, and reinstalled them in a new folder and ran the datpacker and everything.

but when i go back into the game, none of the j_myers farms grow, just the same crappy little ones.  anybody know whats up?
