It is known for its geographical insulation, being separated from Australia of approximately 2.000 km by the sea of Tasman. Its nearby neighbors are New Caledonia, the Fiji Islands and the Tonga Islands.

The population is mainly of European origin, Maori being the most minorities. The people of Polynesian origin non-Maori as well as the Asian ones also form important minorities, particularly in the urban areas.

Its history is one of shortest among the countries of the world, being one of the last territories discovered by the Man: in

It is the navigator Abel Tasman who discovered in 1642 that it will call Staten Land. After having unloaded in Anaura Bay, it took again the sea for finally accosting in the Rawengaiti Bay where it establishes its first camping.

It is thus in the Rawengaiti bay that Abel Tasman unloaded in 1642, with scientists, ethnologists, botanists, doctors, some soldiers and some adventurers who left to explore the new country. Abel Tasman, after a short stay, he goes again towards North. On the spot, men and women build the first colony of StatenLand.

Jayo : Yes very exotic for the moment at the edge coast. The interior one of the land will be more arid.

Smarty218  : Thank you, yes they are waterfalls. I will make a zoom on the waterfalls of the mountains

Jaime_ua :  Thank you, for the moment the history is that of the New Zealand, but from Update 1.02, it is invented.

Jacqulina : Jacqulina welcome in Whangamata. That is a real pleasure of seeing you to see you in my new colony.

gabry85 : Thank you, I like to much me also the banner.

jugioh1012 : Thank you. I don’t know NYC, I never went there for the moment. I am inspired for the moment, of the Australian cities where I went.

DarkEldar : Some very interesting geography you have got going on there. i also like your cities a lot as well.

The Big Z : Thank you very much. For water I do not know any more which texture it is. The ground, I use the mode “Full Tropical Climate” and for the rock, it is “Limestone” of PEG “Rock Mod 1”.

Jrhnemo : Thank you very much, it is much of work

Pagenotfound : Thank you very much

edmonton_stinks : Thank you, I like much his old buildings

    Vituuu : Thanks a lot
