Older Games to work on XP

I have a few old games I want to get back into, but they were made for Win.95/98 back in the day. They won't run on XP as I have it right now. Titles like Half life, King Pin, No One lives forever, Etc. Is there anything I can do to get my old games running again?

if you still have a win98+cdkey you can try to emulate it.

if you google for win98 emulation, you'll find the needed tools.

Have you tried running the games in XP under a different compatibility mode? I'd try setting it to Windows 2000, and if doesn't work, then move down to 98. Sometimes games will only run on XP if you use the compatibility mode. If you have a old copy of windows, you can use a emulator and emulate that copy on top of XP...and then it should be compatible.
