Little help needed with editing a region please

Hi,

I want to edit the standart san francisco map in sc4 but i don't know how

i want the 4 cities in square 1 to become 1 big city and the same for square 2 but how?

not that easy, youd be better off downloading a map and lay it over the configuration you want. sc4terrraformer and sc4mapper or like-named. they dont work with vista yet either. others may actually help you better but this way you have an immediate answer.

Can't you change the config.bmp in the San Fran Region too? I have never looked to see if this is just as easy as custom regions.

No because then it will delete those cities.
