Great to see you back, but did you use a program to make that map? If so which one?

    Looking forward to an update!

Well, some of it, the rest is fiction but it is meant to draw you in. Which it has done! Welcome to New Corsica and Simtropolis by the way!

Yeah, my bulldoze tool is like god to me.... 3.gif Thanks for the comment! I love how you comment on the actual city-building and structure!

Thanks! And yes, it is quite sad... I must have been a bit depressed that day.... 15.gif

Really? They are all JPEG as a rule, but they are enhanced and a lot are packed ito a page, so that may be the issue. Thanks for the great comment!

Lol! I thought the same thing and... *Looks both ways* that's why I chose that pic!

    Oh yes, I nearly forgot:

There was minimal damage sustained to New Corsica:

Only the Table of Contents and about 8 pictures were lost in total. I have since restored 4 pictures and the table of contents, but others may be lost since my albums folder was deleted as you all know....

I'm glad New Corsica didn't suffer much unrepairable damage!

Gorgeous mountain!  Mt. Calvinos is such a cool name too.  I'm actually kind of jealous that I didn't think of it first.  Then again, I never could match your talent for thinking up names for places...

The ground shakes with you almighty name-inventing powers!!! 18.gif

The ground is shaking? Cool, I feel godly.... Thanks, and if you ever need a name... you know who to call! I was actually reading a Calvin and Hobbes comic at the time....

    NMUSpidey

Thank you! The realism is all thanks to the Italia terrain mod!

Ah, nothing quite beats a good hike in the mountains! I like to hike every weekend during the summer!

Thank you! And I have a question; Is Corsica part of France? You are from Corsica right?

    Update! A Change of Plans....

Well, I was unsatisfied with the hilly nature of the new map of New Corsica that I made. So I made a new one with much more flat land. I have yet to see it in-game so some changes may be made, but I am fairly confident that this one will work.

That being said, here are some maps:

With this update in Particular I have had to GREATLY resize the images which means they lost MOST of their quality. PLEASE click on them.

    Hope I'm not confusing anyone!

Very nice, I see there is a lot more room for building a city!  I wonder where it will be located since it's no longer an island...

Ooops, regarding Oceanmariner's comment, I haven't actually changed the location much (its still somewhere in the Mediterranean) but rather just sort of rescaled the island so that I can make it more realistic in terms of size. It may possibly span several regions in the future.

Just wanted to clear that up
