Update 4: Geneva Commercial District

Hey there! Sorry about the wait, I've been a bit busy with the new semester lately, but here is a little update on Geneva's Commercial district.

The main feature is a HUGE subterranean shopping complex

The complex lies in the shadow of many skyscrapers and is a popular waypoint for travelers along the National Boulevard...

A myriad of architectural styles is expressed here...

The buildings gradually decrease in height and majesty as you get farther from the centre.

Land is still very expensive here, as it is the capital...

The NC Electronics building...

The outskirts are lower wealth, but still an expensive place to live...

While they work in the skyscrapers, most people live in the suburbs, which will be featured in a later update...

New construction is now constantly taking place as the commercial district expands...

That's it for now, I'm not sure which area I'll post in the next update, but once I decide, you will be informed!

Wow, thanks, it certainly took a while to get the European feel right, but I'm glad you liked the outcome! Those houses are all by Jayo, so if you search his name on the STEX you should find them quite easily!

Update 6: Old Country Town Center

Hi all... I'm on a lunch break from studying right now, so I thought I'd just post a few pics of progress in the Old Country.

Enjoy!

A steep Mountain Trail leads from the Harbour to the farmland...

The town center is where the locals gather every now and then and where the farmers sell their goods every Sunday.

Some of the surrounding farmland...

The small geothermal plant that powers the harbour and farms.

And finally a picture of the entire area so far...

Note: This picture is a bit dated, since I have began the newest area here....

The blizzard is not working... trees are too white and grass not enough. I don't have photoshop, so I can't offer suggestions. But, kudos for the experiment.
