Can i make it so diffrent regions have diffrent Bats?

i want to know if i can assign BATS, Mods, ect., to regions. Lets say i wanted a desert in one region, but only in that region. is there any way to do this?

You could make folders outside your SC4 install directory with the names like:

Rural (place all you rural bats/mod/lots here)

Industrial (place all industrial stuff here)

And so on.

Now when you want to work on the rural part of your region, you copy past all the files and put them in your plugin folder (windows).

If you want to work on industry first put the rural back or you will have both.

If you want a region view with all parts and buildings just put them both in.

It takes time to sort it all out but then its going very easy

Here's what I do. I have three different terrainmods and three different bat/lot fils plugins.

Ex: In the MyDocuments/Simcity4 folder I have three different pluginfolders, named
