Problems with No-Job Zots!

Okay, as you can see in the picture, this little section is completely cut off. I did so that the sims and their jobs would actually be split into sections later on, but it isn't working. Some sims are still losing their jobs. Here's the pic:

I have bus stations and several subway stations as well as low traffic problems. I'm using the MT Strategy Fastest route mod from the Radical Ordinance V2, and I use a mac, if that makes a difference.

Is there anything I can download to help this?

R$$$ and R$$ are picky choosing their jobs, and sometimes so much so that they would rather be unemployed than work in that skyscraper right next to them! They lose their jobs easily if they are in a sections cut off from the main city.

Well, make sure that their commute isnt long, they may be working in a different part of the city. If it is long, build a network that may get them to work faster, or download the NAM if you dont already have it.

I get this very often too, and I just wait for them to move out, and get dilapidated, and then zone high tech, or $$$-comm nearer.

I know they are cut off, but they grew that way. They did not grow and then got cut off.

And where can I get the NAM? Ive seen the new update, but is there a main download?

They don't look for jobs until they grow.. the growth is strictly a function of demand. Until they grow they don't know where they want to work, nor if they can get to work.
