No Road Connection

I'm having this problem in game and I've asked around for help with it.

My residential lots have been coming up with "No Road Connection" signs. I am positive there is a road connection. I checked several times over. All arrows for the lots are facing towards the road. I waited a few months in game and they still were there. Nobody is building on the lots because of this D:

Suggestions?

Be sure you have a connection to jobs (industrial and commercial) or to another city. the no connection zot generally means they can't get to work.

ive had that problem too. in my larger cities when i first zone a new residential area they get the no road zots even if they are on a road. but they usually go away after a couple of mins. hmmm.....
