Only Base texture shows, what am I missing?

I have recently reinstalled my game SC4 Dlx, and reorganized my plugins folders. There are a few new down-loads that I have placed in my test city and many are having the same issue, no buildings just the base. Some have query info but some dont. I would "im" the uploader, if only it was just one, but there all from different creators\uploaders. 

This is the first time this has happend to me considering this is the forth time I've install my game. Only thing that's different is the new copy of SC4 Deluxe Edition (which is what I had before). All though I know this has nothing to do with it I have installed the SC Update, but I don't know what I could be missing, if it's on my end. Can anyone help? thanks.

By the way I did look around but I couldn't find any resources to help me, not to say there isn't just didn't know where or what  to search.

Dependencies are probably your problem. When you download something, check the description, there may be a link to some dependencies, if not a list of them.

You must look at bldgprop vol.1, bldgprop vol.2 and Castle Set props from Simcity.ea.com or from Zelgadis's site firstly ....

SWAT-MEDIC, thanks. That was my first duty but none of the stuff I dwld requires (at least mentions) any dependencies.

Silur, yes this was of an interest to me, but when I hunted for these, I couldn't located them. By the way where is the night light patch, is that in the same place?

I just tried using bldgprop vol.1 as a search but nothing came up, could you help point me in the right direction?

One of the dwld I had problems with was the memorial hospital and it was here at ea, indicating the bldgprop vol.1 as a plugin but it's not included with dwld and there isn't a link to this.

You must read ALL TEXT from this site - why MAC ??? 

I have not Mac PC too ..., but all my props from simcity.ea.com ( this is true...)... 

All props from MAXIS are here ( exclusion SC4 Update) .

I have the the three files and it seems to have fix my texture issues. Now I just need to know where I get the nightlight patch/update.
