Plugin Pack 225913368

Hello. In one of my cities on my L.A. Region whenever I open it I get this message.

Warning:The city you are loading refers to the following plugin packs which aren't available on your machine. You can continue the game in the absence of those packs, but, some graphics and other information may be incorrect

Plugin Pack 225913368 is listed in a box at the bottom of the message

So far there is only one city that I get this message in and I haven't seen any messed up graphics due to this missing plugin pack I'm on a macintosh computer with rush hour etc. Has anyone else had this problem before?? If someone has an idea of what is wrong I would be very grateful to you!

My game was freezing and I had one brown box, so something is missing and I don't know what.

 

Are you using the new CSX/BSC farms? Because the dependencies for those are my main problem at the moment.

 

I deleted some of the plopped farms and my game wouldn't freeze anymore, so I could just play on, but I would still have some brown boxes nevertheless. So that's what the message you get refers to: instead of a certain buildings or graphic things-I-don't-know-what-to-call-it (oh yes, they are called props, that's right), you will get a brown box or other strange effects.

 

It's a dependency problem, but that's a problem that is like BOOMING, I think a lot of the users have a problem with it at the moment.

i have the same problem,,also happend only in one city of mein.....the message is just the same one as u said.....but my Pack number is " 810310683" could not find out, which it means..

not 100% sure how the game comes up with the number, might be different per machince, never found it any help whatso ever...:S...but it does mean your missing a plugin of some sort...most of the time a lot or a bat of some sort that when the city was saved...it was in the game, but not always a lt or a bat...could be just about any sort of custom plugin (testure prop,auromata etc)...unless you happen to remeber the plugins that are you are missing...know way of knowing

you could open the city and Que any buildings that seem odd or don't appear correctly...you might get some info if it's just a dependancy or parts missing...might get nothing if your missing the complete lot.

if you dare to do this, opening cities with missing plugins can be a disaster for the city and any sort of odd things can happen...even crash your game...you never really know.

if the game does open , don't  run or save the city til you find all the plugins for it...that can make the city crash too or save incorrectly and behave in wacky ways when reopened

I don't know, but my farming city West Knight has a 13110-something number for it. I was going to use it, but I freaked out. It's the only city in the surrounding region that is agriculture-based.

just make a copy of the city somewhere else on the computer or on a CD, before running the city...you'll be ok...
