Changes dont save,deleted files still show!

So the weirdest thing is happening to me , I deleted some plug ins and when i open the game they're still there,all of them,in the  menu,changes I made to some buildings don't apply in the game either,I rechecked and the changes r made but don't show in the game.so I have no idea ***** is going on! it's driving me me really mad,I increased the number of residents in some building they don't show,I added a water and beach mod , they don't show,I changed the stats of a library,they don't show!

HELP!

Did you delete those files either in the game folder and in the MyDocs one?

Also, try to move temporarily both your files into a safe folder.

I deleted them from the documents folder where they were,and also i changed some stats from a libray and a res bulding and it's still the same , it didn't change.

You don't want to change the stats for the civic buildings, unless you bulldoze all instances of the lots/buildings. You will get the funding bug. The changed stats won't show up on existing lots/buildings, only on freshly plopped lots.

they weren't plopped yet! , I think I'm just gonna reinstall the game and start adding files again until I find out what's causing the problem..thanx
