Question about roads

in the intro video, and in main screen i see sometimes a yellow road,

somebody know how to do this road?

you have to build a decent "fun city" with alot of creativity and those buildings that are left if you choose the "fun city filter". Then, when enough, roads will automatically turn yellow.

That's not the best explanation but thats how i understand the trick

no, if it's cheats you want go to gamespot and searh simcity sociteis, but it doesn't have 1 4 creativiety

i thought on the official site, there was a statue in the download section that once placed in the city will automatically convert the theme to the fun city theme? Maybe you can use that.
