can someone create a file for SC4 menus

i was wondering if someone could make a file that would appear at the top of a menu so a person could click on it and instantly go to the bottom of that menu? it would be great for long menus like the parks or landmarks.

Its a good Idea but i'm not sure if it would require source code modifications or what... obviously, the source code is something mod developers can't get to since EA are such big money grabbing gits and wouldn't even give us just a little bit.

if it can be done,a file to go from bottom back to top should be made too...forgot about that at first.

I just scroll really fast, seems that idea would be a lot of work for very little benefit. Although if were done, I'd use it.
