Look at this graphical glitch

I downloaded a subway station a very long time ago from sc4.com and just tolerated it, but now I'm tired of it, and want it fixed.  I guess it's some sort of graphical error.  Sometimes these boxes (which say simcity4.com on the side of them) appear on my city hall building.  

Can anyone help?

Those are called brown boxes and they occur when you don't have the files nessecary for the lot. It means your missing a prop or building. A lot of buildings you download from the STEX or simcity4 use other people props. Therefor you also need to have the other persons files. These files are called dependencies. Usually the person will say in the preview window or in a readme what the dependencies are. When they're being really nice they'll even put links to them.

I suggest you find the bus stop and city hall in the STEX and see if the creator tells you which you need.

ps. I can't actully see your picture but I'm pretty sure this is the problem.
