Here's what I've been working on for the last few months, still being worked on but i have a working preview for it, still need to tweak it a bit before I can release it.

You will need the DivX codec to watch the movie.

Good choice using DivX, but, since my computer is running Windoze at the moment, I have have to download a whole load of stuff.

starngely my computer has a real player on it and DivX and it decided to play on Quicktime and all I got was a blank screen

It looks great but... what does it do? is it randomly triggered or like a disaster? does it include lightening with it? can you get flooded by it?
It would be nice if it could do all that stuff.

Wow. This looks very promising. The only problem that I can see is the size of the raindrops. lol. I guess from a helicopter's perspective, it is about right...

This mod is a work in progress, I'm keeping it simple for now then ill change/add things later, there should be no conflicts with anything or any other mods when its done, the only problem is not everyone will be able to use this mod, it all depends on your computer, this is a big effect and it will slow down the game a bit, especially in the large tile cities, this is not in my control its just the way it is due to the way effects work in the game.
