Help! Graphic Problem?

If the game runs slowly it will turn some settings down. You can turn them back to normal in the options. Go to the options menu (the same menu where you go to quit the game) and click on graphic options (the picture of the computer screen) The black cursor is because color cursor is turned off, just recheck the box and it should fix it. The textures are probably not there because the city detail got turned down. It is in the same menu, and if you want all the textures it should be on medium or high. After you select the options you have to restart the game and it should be fixed (unless your game always runs slow, then it will automatically lower the settings again)

What version of the game do you have, please?  Is it fully updated?  Please post your version number from the EXE file.

Meanwhile, check your graphics settings and see if you are set to color cursor.
