Can't Find Upgradeable Seaports

I haven't made a seaport since SC3000. Now that I want one, I cannot find one in any of my menus. Not even in the water transportation menu. I'm talking about the upgradeable ones. What menu am I supposed to find them?

Your so close. Type "Upgradeable Seaports Revamped" into the STEX search box. Also its Mandatory that you have Swamper77's Seaport Support file or your city will crash. Its link is list in the Seasport readme.

If I remember correctly (haven't used it in a while), the 'upgradable seaports' replace the Maxis default. The icon will appear the same in the water transportation menu. Someone please correct if I'm wrong. Hope this helps. CC

More info: Just checked the Readme that comes with the file. It states that there won't be another icon. It'll be the same one. Good luck.

Ok,now I understand. The upgraded seaports only show up when you have exceeded demand requirements of the small size seaport. They work just like the airport in game up grades. You will be notified and asked if you want to updrade and then wa lah you here a plop just like you do with the airport upgrade. If you then query them you will see there new name as described in the readme. The addon train yard is in the train menue.
