Good bats/lots/mods for an Irish city

I was wondering if anyone could suggest some good choices for custom content.  I'm looking to do a city journal of an Irish-based country, but I'm having a suprisingly hard time finding things to populate it.

Ideally, I'd be able to recreate a scene like this picture, from Ennis in County Clare:

But I can't seem to find shops like that on the STEX.  Neither can I find the ubiquitous, irritatingly cute whitewashed cottage with the brightly painted door, like in this picture:

I may try to make them myself, but I have 0 experience, and I'd be surprised if no one had made these.

You could try gascooker's lots on SC4 Devotion site. He does UK lots. Also look at Dolphin66 (D66) lots there as some are similar to the second pic you linked to. Simgoober makes fantastic generic lots - most of his updated stuff is on SC4 Devotion. Also Jmeyers, jestarr - spa makes canadian bats that might be suitable too.
