SimCity Regestration

I recently registered to SimCity.com for the SC4 exchange, and I registered with my serial for product registration. Now, I got an e-mail to activate my account, and it said I was site registered. I tried to download a lot, but it said I had to be product registered. There is no support at their website concerning accounts. Can anyone help?

Well...in my opinion, the official site isn't worth the bother.  Everything worthwhile to download over there, you can find here.  Also, I've heard that some of the files are corrupted or possibly carry viruses.  My suggestion would be to save yourself from the hassle and avoid that site, and just ask if anyone knew an alternative place to download whatever it was you were trying to download.

Still...if you really want to try and product register over there, I'd take a look at [this thread], which offers different suggestions to get yourself registered properly.
