Help for first time with Lot and Bat files

Hi!
I'm from quebec and a i have difficulty with english language. so scuse me!
i need help with lot and bat files.  i'm a newbie!
i downloaded a lot and bat files and i try it in the game.  Many picture or componant was missing.!
there are a pack or wathever to see them correctely?

The readme that should come with the lots should list the files you need for the lot. There are also two common plugin files not often mentioned. The two buildings as props files can be found at the Simcity EA site, on the Cool stuff/tools/Lot Editor page.

You also need to know that if you download a BAT lot, you must include all of its components in your plugins.  Unless the whole thing is compressed into a .DAT file, you need to have the .SC4LOT, .SC4DESC, and the .SC4MODEL all in your plugins.
