Help! I cant get pictures to upload!

 Ok,  Ive just started having this problem and already im at the end of my rope!!!

The first time i uploaded a picture to Imageshack it woked fine,

 but i realised it had been the wrong in game screenshot so i tried uploading the corect one and now it will not upload! No matter how many times i try!

The file is supposed to be a png. file but ive discovered that some way or another

its a rar. file!!!!

can anybody offer some good advice or tell me some way to convert images back to png.? please! i had a really nice CJ prepared and ready to go but this problem is halting all of my progress!!

rar is a compressed file, like a zip, it needs to be unzipped. Plus you will want to upload the images as jpg files, it takes less of the ST bandwidth/CPU usage. png files are much larger than jpg, and some browser won't show png images on these forums.

so how would i go about unziping it?, and making it into a jpg. ?

If it was once a png, and is now a rar, then you must have the RAR program, use it to extract the png. The you need to open the image file in a drawing, or image editor, and save/export it as a jpg. Window Paint will do that, or a program like Photoshop.
