get the N.A.M (network add-on mod) first, then after that it all depends on what u are looking for these days. the STEX ( simtrop exchange) has a vast amount of content to get your game running the way u want. make sure u read the readme files that come with the files u wanna install. they contain valuable info u will need to know.

NAM first, but check the STEX and search for stuff as well as the LEX - I suggest you get new resindetial buildings and commercial buildings first before you get anything for eyeandy or stuff like that.
