question about rush hour custom lots

is there any chance of any of the lots in the stex that says rush hour will work without having rush hour installed

Somewhere between a snowballs chance and when pigs fly, I think. But then again, Rush Hour is worth the investment, adds plenty enough to the game to make it worth the effort to get, not to mention that it allows for all the great custom content that surrounds you.

I would highly suggest you buying Rush Hour, it's only about 20 dollars at Best Buy or your local entertainment retail store. And believe me, it's well worth the small fee you play for the hours of enjoyable game play you will receive.

yeah get Rush Hour, it will make things easier, and gives you a better CC experience as you can have whatever you want without having to track down things that won't work.
