This terrain mod will not go away!

I actually have 3 problems with this mod and others:

I downloaded the Missouri Breaks terrain mod and when i opened a city the water turned to a brown area with no waves or any motion at all. I deleted it.

Then i downloaded the Olyimpic terrain mod, same problem. I deleted it and the game thinks its still there. And when i downloaded the desert mod it still looked like the Olympic mod.

I am not familiar with any of the mods, but they shouldn't be there if they are not in the plugins folder. Have you tried a new city in a fresh region?

The waves are a game graphics option, and should not be affected by mods.

the waves are a graphics setting thats all turn it back on,as for the terrain mod just change the beach that comes with the terrain to the white beach,i dont understand why the mod would still be there if you deleted it though,try resaving the tiles,i know when you first install it doesnt show up in other tiles untill you save it.

Did u put the mod in youre plugins folder twice or more?
