Oh okay, air force base. I thought that it was a seperate download from simcity.com or something to that extent.

It was part of some "transportation download" from the original site I believe.

as far as I know Peg didn't make a AFB, he made a navy pier though

The AFB doesn;t replace Area51 as far as I know it just adds it as a separate neighbourhood deal but I haven't looked in a while.

And as someone metnioned it is the Transportation Download of the official SC4 site that has it.

wow, i feel dumb. and actually, it is the antithesis of Area 5.1. It "replaces" Area 5.1 by not being able to place it and the AFB in the same city at the same time.
