installation of mods

how do you install mods? i downloaded andn and extracted to, C:\Documents and Settings\My Name\My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins AND C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Plugins and it still doesnt work

Mods should be placed in the C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Plugins (because they load faster and will be easier to find, and they should be unzipped before they will work ingame.

Me too, like Zwabberaar, would like to know which mods you are talking about.

Make sure your not placing the mods in a shortcut folder on the desktop like i did... that was a long day
