The bug i'm experiencing causes the gameplay to "skip" several frames into the future, over and over again. Scrolling will skip, sims will skip, floating $# will skip when you place or destroy something. Its as if the game was thrust .5 to 2 seconds into the future instantaneously, with no lag. Sound and music continue to be unaffected by this bug. It only occurs after the game has been running for several minutes, before then everything is perfectly fine. If I exit the game and return it continues. If I reboot it stops then starts again. Deluxe Edition updated with UPDATE_SKU1_TO_P1_B638.EXE No plugins, no modifications.
