ALL MY SIMTROPOLIS BUILDINGS ARE DARK AT NIGHT TIME AM I MISSING ANYTHING OR DOING ANYTHING WRONG?  THAT HAPPEN ONLY WITH  LOST DOWNLOADED FROM SIMTROPOLIS. HELP PLEASE

You will need the game updated to version 1.1.638.0 [sKU], and then install the "SC4update4BAT.exe" so the game is updated to 1.1.640.0. Those files are found on the simcity.ea.com web site.
