Filtering Downloads

Forgive me if this posting is in the wrong spot... When sifting through the downloads, mods, etc... is there a way to filter out anything that requires Rush Hour? All I have is the basic SC4.

About 99% of objects on STEX needs SC4 RH or SC4 Deluxe.

You can look green mark "Rush Hour" or blue circle mark "Sim City 4" (about 2003 year) on the STEX pages ...

Objects for basic SC4 you can find on the official site SC.

Actually, your best recourse is to find a copy of Rush Hour, or purchase Deluxe (which is SC4 + Rush Hour in one pack).  Most of the work on fan sites now is for the later packs.
