I'd like a flat map (game default height) with lots of rivers running through it, but large expanses of land between rivers. Soft, smooth hills away from the rivers on the main landmasses.

Make one river wider than the rest, for that will be the main river.

Must fit 5x4 city tile and be an SC4M format map.

I believe I would be able to fill this request for you.  I'm a bit "booked" right now with a few other project but if you could give me some kind of idea of your timeframe, I'll see what I can do.
