I need some help reguarding the Nam 2007, it shows 10X commute,10 speeds and better pathfinding

which does all of these do?

I know commute x10 makes more alowable commuters? I do not understand which one does which

Like 10X speed does faster network stuff

10x speed increases the speeds on all the networks by a factor of 10.

10x capacity increases the network capacities by a factor of 10.
