Ok so I have to admit my schedule is mostly British sit-coms and a couple of bits of news. What would you perfect TV schedule be? I think my channel would be called something like TVBrit or BTV

    Sunday:

    0800 - 1200:  Die Flegender Hollander (the Flying Dutchman)

    1201-1300: Der Ring Das Neibelungen.  A 22 minute summary by Dame Anna Russel. An interview with Dame Russel follows.

    1301-1900:  Parsifal - A story of the Holy Grail

    1901-Midnight:  Lohengrin (or Parsifal was a bad boy)

    Monday: Der Ring das Niebelungen Part I

    0800-1100:  Das Reingold - or what the fuss is all about

    1101-1200:  Lunch with a discussion of Die Feen, Wagner's first opera (ugh!)

    1201-1700:  Die Walkure - Complicating the Issue.  Special guest tenor, Loki Wotanssohn

    1701-Midnight: Carl Maria von Weber - a retrospective with excepts from various operas including Oberon, Der Freishutz, and others.  (Where Wagner got a lot of ideas).

    Tuesday: Der Ring Das Neibelungen: Part II

    0800-1400:  Siegfried - Bringing up the dragonslayer, and his nuptuals, too.

    1401-Midnight:  A selection of Wagner orchestral pieces including his first and almost only symphony.  (The second symphony has only 30 bars).

    Wednesday: Intermission

    0800-1300: Off air

    1301-1800: Tanhauser (or love flowers at last)

    1801-midnight: Tristan und Isolde (Romeo and Juliette with spears, angst, and death by vibes)

    Thursday: Der Rung Das Neibelungen: Last Part

    0800-1200: Off air

    1201-1800+: Gotterdamerung (how to kill everyone is six hours, including the audience)

    @GB: Well, Pimp My Ride is actually funny, it's so ridiculous the stuff they do to the cars you have to watch it for it's entertainment value. As for YBF, it's like me going on YouTube and typing in "owned", but on TV, it's awesome! 3.gif And as for the X Factor, I only watch the early stages when you get the rubbish people who think they are actually an amazing undiscovered act, and start yelling and shouting the odds when they get told they're crap. Hilarious.

    Everything else is Futurama, Family Guy, Mythbusters, We Built This City, Mindfreak, How It's Made, blah, blah, blah...

    Brad- some of those episodes oh How It's Made make me almost fall asleep, there so depressing! But some of them I do like.

    Well, lets just say I wish there were cool documentaries all the time. Wow I'm nerdy.
