Problem with building nightlighting

I have a problem and don't know how to fix it... Every building I have downloaded from the STEX doesn't have night lights. I have checked dependencies, but i don't think the problem is that, because this happens to buildings that have no dependencies at all...

What can I do to fix it?

You need the patch from Simcity.com. Have a look at the thread below:

1. You need the EP1 Update 1 from Simcity.com

2. You need the SC4 update BAT patch from Simcity.com
