MoretonBanner.jpg

This is an introduction to my new city journal, Moreton. And if you haven't noticed, this city is littered with golf courses, that's why it is the golf capital of the world.

Intro.jpg

Please tell me what you think of the region so far.

My first update will be Central Moreton. Stay tuned y'all!

Finally, ajay_law, people can enjoy those pics lol; how did you do on the farms? guess will will find out....great region although i have already said that lol. Excellent work, keep it up and good luck, although you obviously will not need it. By the way, i am afraid i won't be able to make that review of your old CJ, i am having some trouble with matters. Perhaps assign it to Twiggy or SpecialEddie, you shouldn't waste a good CJ on an idiot like me. Anyway, waiting for the first update of this one!

    MoretonBannerupdates.jpg

For this update I will be showcasing Moreton's central business district, the place where everyone hangs out, just because it is cool!

This is an overview of the area

    Pic1.jpg

The 3 tallest buildings of Moreton are all clustered up near eachother.

    Pic2.jpg

The Lighthouse Point Tower used to be the tallest structure in the area, but that was back when it was built in the late 60's to 1995 when new office buildings started to be built.

    Pic3.jpg

I promised golf courses, so here is the first of about a dozen. It is the Sheraton Waters Country Club, it was the first golf course to be established in the area.

    Pic4.jpg

The new style of hotel, nest door to the old one. In this pictue you can see the oldest hotel, The ZaZa and over the road is one of the newest and most chic hotels in Moreton, Holladay Park Plaza.

    Pic5.jpg

The main beach of Moreton, featuring the most expensive hotel, Omni.

    Pic6.jpg

The oldest area in Moreton features mid-rise modern apartments next door to old 18th century buildings when this city was first settled by the Dutch.

    Pic7.jpg

The entertainment district of Moreton is one of the most popular places in the city, it features world class hotels, casinos and nightclubs and 2 large shopping centres, Metropolitan Mall and CoCo Park.

    Pic8.jpg

This is the civic district with theatres and parks aswell as museums and such.

    Pic9.jpg

This is my favourite place in central Moreton. It is called Bert Newton Park. It has a large church beside it aswell witch is named the Bert Newton Basillica.

    Pic10.jpg

This is a picture of a new hotel being built right in the heart of the Finance Precinct.

    Pic11.jpg

Thanks for tuning in. Please comment.

The next update will be one of Moreton's many satellite cities called Santa Ana.

Amazing! I love how you put many of the hotels with views of the beach, a lot of CJs don't do that, and it really adds to the realism when you do.
