need health help

My biggest city just hit a major slump.  life expect. dropped below 10!  is there any quick way of getting good health levels quickly?

Well, building hospitals and improving the health sector. But if you have already done that, than i can't help you actually. Perhaps education and health are like co workers or something or parhaps you need that research institute. I am not sure

This kind of crash smacks of the Opera House without the Opera House Fix.  If you have an Opera House, bulldoze it, then download the fix from the STEX and put the Opera house back.

There is a similar fix for the City Hall, too, I think.
