Lost some props when migrating to another computer

Howdy,

So I bought a new laptop a few weeks ago and finally got around to installing SC4 + Rush Hour on it. The "Documents/.../Sim City" folder with my old cities, plugins, etc. had already been transfered and was in place before I began the install. I went all the way through and upgraded to 640 + BAT, and reinstalled the June 07 NAM just for good measure. When I loaded SC up for the first time, my favorite region was ready to go as before, and all my old landmarks were in place when I loaded the city. However, I noticed that some MAXIS lots were missing props: the flower gardens had no flowers, the playgrounds no equipment, etc. What happened? I have A LOT of STEX addins installed, so I'd prefer not to start from square one and redownload everything. Suggestions?

Migrating from Vista Ultimate to Vista Business. Running a Core 2 Duo L7500 with 2GB RAM and Intel X3100 graphics. My last lappy had a discrete graphics card, so I had to downgrade my display settings during my first launch, but I don't think that's the culprit.

I appreciate the suggestion, but I tried changing the detail settings and that didn't solve the problem.
