hi, i know that i need low rating for Riot. but  its minimum its on 0(no red no green rate)

so i need a mod that add disaster(or plop building whatever) .

because its fun..

When I Dispatch Helicopter (Police) Its Not Helping Me.

For what there police chopper dispatching?

and when there disaster/fire and there coming a Swat Van Or Normal Police Car, in disaster there some cops with shield. what they do in disaster except stopping riots?

And if its possible , do mod that will do i You Drive It On The Van Or Police Car( Its More Realsticc in van cause swat use with shield and they stopping riots) a option to put near police car a cops with shields like in riot.

and if it possible so do a Mission( not free drive) that i need to stop riot (start randomly or mission aviable only when there riot..) ...
