I have a city with a pop of 7,714, and for some reason the commercial and industrial zones won't grow anymore, and it's not because of demand caps. Every commercial building I plop takes in jobs, but I can't get any to grow, and it's the same for the industrial. That's funny considering that demand is so high and that the news ticker always displays the "Sims Scout for Office Advantages" message. What's happening?

INFO THAT COULD BE USEFUL: I have the Radical Mods thing installed, but I've never enabled the "increase demand for..." ones. The ones I do have marked are the Alternative Medicine Program, the Smoke Detector Program, the Water and Power Conservation Act, the MT Strategy - Mass transit only, the Clean Air/Water/Traffic Act, the Portable Waste to Nothing Processor, and the Genius Accelerator Project. Also, I should probably mention that my residential development never passes the low wealth any more. Anyway, here are the graphs/charts for the city in question:

THE FIRST THREE INDUSTRIES HAVE PLUMMETED BECAUSE I SET THE TAX TO 20% BECAUSE I DONT WANT THOSE TYPES OF INDUSTRY IN THAT PARTICULAR CITY.

Please help if you can! Thanks!

Yeah but look at how high the demand is for commercial offices and hi-tech industry, and the news ticker always displays the "Sims Scout for Office Advantages" message. Also I should probably mention that my residential development never passes the low wealth any more (I'll edit the first post and put this in). Anybody else?

That's satisfying! Anyway, cityhawk, i can't see the charts but i will try to give you a tip or something. Well; a region pic would be really useful. I guess that you don't have job problems right? Perhaps you need to open more roads, seaports, airports and rail to the SimNation(anywhere, left, right, top, down). Perhaps this will boost growth. My point is that those goods need to be delivered somewhere for the economy to benefit. If you don't have any connections to the exterior, those products don't go anywhere, therefore no industries or commercial would like to move to your place, where the market is closed(limited in borders), although you have high demand because your city is in need of commercial and industries. Well, that deosn't change the mind of bussiness and industries. They need a bigger market. You just have to work on that; open roads, everything. The Earth is not small, neither is SimNation. Hope i am clear. If you need more help, just post here.

For the benefit of sim-air and other deprived souls, everyone please refrain from posting PNG files.  It is easy to convert them to JPG and they are smaller.

to the point.  More housing!  Doesn't matter what the C demand is if there are no people to fill the jobs.
