Welcome to SimTrop. Yes, search theme park or amusement park (amusement park will get you more). You'll get a variety of lots.

Yes, as crayzyyaya points out, there are amusement park packs on the STEX.  By far the best(and only one I can think of lol) is the Modular Amusement Park Pack (MAPP).  Enjoy your stay at ST!39.gif

Many, too many to count! Thanks to the creator of MAPP, now you don't need the State Fair. You can have your own theme park.
