Sometimes you may have a building you'd like to BAT, and it's in your head, but it just doesn't seem to work out on the computer. You know exactly where it is...but Google Earth or Microsoft Live doesn't help with its low res flat views. No good photos on the Internet either. So...you need a photo. But you do know someone who lives near the area! Why not send him or her a PM and have them take the shot and speed it over to you! You could "pay" them, perhaps, with a prerelease BAT!

This idea came to me a week ago while staring at a simple Stage store in Baton Rouge, LA. If I could BAT, I would do that. It looks simple and would go in perfectly in your run-down but still functional/low-crime commercial areas. But I didn't have a camera. But I bet there's at least one Simtrop member in Baton Rouge! So, I came up with this idea for Photo Xpress , a service that anyone can use. Comments?
