Duh, 2 simple ?

A few simple questions that I seemed to have missed in reading through most of this sight.

1. Do parks and other rec sight need road access?

2. If a park raises your pop capacity by 250, do 4 parks raise it by 1000?

In my experience, a park does not need road access. I usually plop a park between a row of houses, which has no access and it has magnificent, quick effects on the houses by boosting the residents to medium or high wealth.

As for your 2nd question, I look forward to an answer myself!

1) Parks do not need road access

2) Parks do raise population caps. I don't know if it is a linear increase or not, but multiple parks do raise the cap more than a single park does.

Thanks for the quick responses. This is a great sight, I've had most of my questions answered just be reading the posts and tutorials. Thanks again to all the posters for helping all us new players.
