Looking for Region Mod

I was wondering if anyone knew of a mod that would let you just the area sizes of a region that you create. i'd like to create a region with as many Large plot sizes as i can.

You can make the region any size, with the city sizes you like with the config.bmp file that goes in the region folder. Use a drawing, or image editor to create the config.bmp file, and place it in the new region folder.

config.bmp file:

Large city = 4x4 pixels blue

Medium city = 2x2 pixels green

Small city = 1x1 pixels red
