Nightlighting update error

In your article Night Lighting for BAT's here at Simtroplis, I have followed everything (installed gmax, then patched the game, installed BAT), but when i go for installing the update it says"Old fie not found however a file of the same name was found." so update was not done.

Please help here.

To clarify, you don't need gMax, or the BAT to get the nightlights on the custom lots.

The error message is misleading, I think you can ignore it.

Check the version of the "SimCity 4.exe", if it reads 1.1.640.0, then you have sucessfully updated for the nightlights.

yes you get this problem becuase u installed the update for sim city 4 original and not deluxe or rush hour
