bigger city sizes

I know there is a mod for this (terrain mod) but if you install that you would have to chance the terrain which some people dont want to do, so i was wondering if anyone could come up with a mod that just enlarges city sizes. Post ur comments about this

I don't think that's possible. The sizes for the three cities are, as far as I know, hard-coded into the game, so they can't be altered...at least, not without the source code.

Also, I think the common consensus is that it's better to just keep them the same size, because as they are, large cities can sometimes press even high-end computers with how much effort it takes to run.

Doing that would slow your computer down, but it would be more realistic to have larger sizes or irregular size cities.
