Missing Plugin Packages

When I start up my simcity a message appears saying that I need three missing plugin packages in order for the game to work properly.

Where would I find these plugins at?

These are the actual ID's of the files. I converted the decimal numbers to hexadecimal, which is how the ID's of the files are used by the game. The error reporter has a problem with doing this on it's own, so I ran them by Windows Calculator in its Scientific Mode:

1: 0x0F1BA3E7

2: 0x4F742F49

3: 0x4FDEF403

To actually determine what you are missing, try querying blank lots (lots that are missing a building and/or props, but may still have a base textures) in your city or look for "gift-wrapped" boxes. These will be the locations of the missing items. If it is BSC/CSX content you are/were using prior to the error message, then go to SC4Devotion.com for help as that is where the BSC/CSX members reside.
